Oh Guinea

New rankings came out this week, and Guinea is now 9th on the Failed State Rankings (as in the 9th worst country in the world) which rates countries according to political and social factors. I think this still might be better then the ranking they had in 2001 when I went over, but not so good (especially when you realize what is happening in some of the countries ranked worse).
